This is a break down of the movements into the Sun Salutation and traditional yoga asanas.

In this workshop you will experience a new approach to the sun salutations and the yoga asanas.

Beta and Sai bring together elements of spontaneous movement, Gyrokineses, Qigong and Yoga.

Offering a possibility for a more fluid, pleasant, feminine and sensual practice.

The combination of a creative flow of flexion, extension, twist and Spirals in between and in the postures offers a full range of the spinal motion, releasing and strengthening the fascial lines and bends which creates energy optimization to the whole of our system during and after the practice.

A practice that listens to our bodies!

Afternoon 14.00-17.00:

Dynamic sequence (Beta & Sai)

This is a second part of the Dynamic Spiral workshop series. Where you will learn the complete Spiral sequence. You will learn and undestand the necessary qualities to embody the Spiral sequence.

This is great for people who want a vigorous practice and who want to experience strong sense of moving energy.

Morning 10.00-13.00:

Yin Yoga for Liver/ Gallbladder and Manipura Chakra! (Sai)

It is a great combination as Liver and Manipura has very similar qualities and the poses works on the liver/Gallbladder meridians and the use of props directly on Manipura area to release stuck emotions of Anger, frustration, low self esteem, lethargy. to open space for more compassion, joy, trust and desire to live life in its full potential.

Afternoon 14.00-17.00:

Mindfulness applied to Yin Yoga! (Beta)

It would be a whole Yin Fascial Yoga class bringing Mindfulness focus to it!

In this workshop Beta will take you into a journey to mindfully bring your awareness to sensations, feelings emotions and thoughts. How this phenomena arises and disappear, stating its constant quality of impermanence. This workshop integrates some of the elements of the Buddhist practices; Insight meditation, Love and kindness and prayers.

The postures invite more refinement of awareness when it is approached from inside. A mindful, concentrated quality of attention is used to create a form, and the same focus the mind is used to observe the subtleties that arise through the physical body.

Morning 10.00-13.00:

Releasing the tensions of fight or flight reflex muscles (Beta)

This Yin Fascial Yoga workshop will be focus working on the fascial bends of the ilium – psoas and diaphragm muscles. You will be lead towards an emotional and physical trauma release in order to diminish the damage caused by the constant stress mode in those areas of the body caused by the fight for flight reflex syndrome and adrenal fatigue, a common syndrome nowadays. We will use Myofascial Balls and other yoga props to facilitate the release of the Myofascia tissue.

Afternoon 14.00-17.00:

Dynamic Life-Force Qigong (Sai)

This workshop by Simon comprises of two parts.  In the first part, Simon will introduce the methodology of a qigong-yoga integrated practice and share how they are not separate entities but complementary. An integrated practice enhances both systems, giving us a deeper understanding and connection to structural alignment and the prana / qi energy system of the body. He will discuss fascia and the way it operates within the body in relation to the quality of the our movements and the energetic response within our joints and connective tissues.

Then in the second part of the workshop, Simon will guide you to directly experience the benefits of an integrated practice, incorporating the knowledge and understanding of approach into a full process of fascia conditioning through Qigong and Yoga. You will learn how to incorporate this into your usual practice and into your daily lives.
